The Easterling Group is a family business with three generations of real estate sales, marketing and investment professionals. We offer flexible fees for sellers, based on the level of service you desire and how fast you want to sell. Call the competition and their agents will usually quote you 5% or 6%. Why? Because most "Realtors" are "Agents/Associate Licensees" with little or no flexibility in determining brokerage fees or services. We, however, are a licensed brokerage. When you have a question or need, you're talking to the owner of the company. And we set our commission rates, not a corporate office.
Buyers Let us help you find and negotiate the purchase of your home and we will give you a percentage of the commission (paid by the seller). For this promotion, request a 'Buyer-Broker Agreement.' We have a perfect/clean record with the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and use special care to process your transaction properly, to help protect you during and after the sale. We use Department of Real Estate and Realtor Association approved forms, contracts and disclosure documents and we scrutinize every one of them. This is absolutely essential in today's environment, and we take the myriad of transaction and legal documents very seriously, whether you are selling or buying. We also use the same Multiple Listing Service as other San Diego companies, so your home will be exposed to thousands of agents and brokers. And we are a member of the National Association of Realtors.
